Role (the purpose of the job in terms of broad responsibilities)

Project Management including coordination between various stake holders for multi-location large scale

Low Cost Housing Construction Project / Plotted Development

Including all its aspects e.g., planning, scheduling, 

budgeting, sanctions, clearances, execution and commissioning, funding, compliances etc.

Reporting to: MD / Partners / Owners

                        

Internal Relationships: Finance, Project,Sourcing / Purchase, Legal etc

External Relationships: Consultants, Contractors, Vendors etc

Major Responsibilities: 

• Project Planning, Designing, Scheduling, Sequencing, Value Engineering, Budgeting, & Cash Flow etc. 
• Project Clearances, Sanctions, Permissions, Approvals, Enlistments, Ratings, Accreditations, Certifications etc 
• Coordination with Site heads and HODs.
• Coordination, Appraisal, Development of Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers, Consultants and all such other constituents.
• Coordination with external government / non-government entities related to project planning, execution, commissioning and handover.
• Supervision and Monitoring of Projects at all stages and advising optimization.
• Developing and implementing Systems, Procedures, Project MIS.
• Co-ordinate between Stake-Owners.
• Coordination for Project Financing / Funding.

 

Eligibility:  BE/B TECH CIVIL

Degree in Construction Management

Computer Skills: MS Office Suite / MS Projects / Primavera

 Candidate should:

1. Be preferably Calcutta born & brought up
2. Must have experience in managing Multiple Building Construction Site.
3. Must have worked in similar position for 3 years min.

Purpose

Oversee construction, installation, operation and installation of electrical, plumbing and civil works. Perform duties as per planning, coordinating and Installing machines end other mechanically functioning equipment for new and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage project timelines for all ongoing and upcoming company owned and/other r franchise outlets.

Confer  with  management  and  monitor  costing  of  ongoing   and  coming projects  Conduct  site  feasibility  visit  In terms  of  infrastructure  and  submit report.

Direct and coordinate construction, Installation, maintenance and support to ensure compliance  with  specifications  and specified  requirements  for  new  projects

Inspect and supervise Installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards

Prepare BILL OF QUANTITY for purchase of materials and equipment. Assist in developing capital project budget for new equipment

Oversee project  implementation  to ensure  projects are completed satisfactorily, on time  and  within budget through regular site visits.

Study  technical drawings, specifications of electrical, plumbing. civil systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards arid specified requirements

Liaison  with  landlords  of outlet  end  with  project  team at commercial  establishments.
