& GeM Tender Executive

*We are looking for a Male/Female candidate to join the Back
Office & GeM Tender Operations team of a reputed organization dealing with
business documentation, online tenders and procurement processes*.
Age: 25 to 45 years
Graduate from a recognized institution
Good computer knowledge / relevant computer course
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in GeM tender submission and
e-Procurement portals preferred
Good understanding of online tender procedures, bid
submission and documentation
Experience in preparing, maintaining and organizing business
documents
Knowledge of courier, freight forwarding, filing, dispatch
and general back-office activities
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Responsible, systematic and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Should be a resident of Kolkata
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handling GeM and e-Procurement tender activities
Searching and identifying relevant tenders
Preparing and submitting tender documents within deadlines
Maintaining tender-related records, files and documentation
Coordinating for quotations, technical documents and other
required papers
Managing online applications, registrations and submissions
Handling courier, dispatch, freight and related
documentation
Maintaining general back-office records and correspondence
Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies
whenever required
Ensuring timely follow-up on tender and
documentation-related activities
💰 Salary *₹16,000 –
₹25,000* per month
Salary will depend on experience, knowledge and suitability
for the position.

Exide More, Kolkata
Centrally located office

⏰ Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
