Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Salary (In Hand): Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

🎓 Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture may also be considered

👨‍💼 Experience Required:
5–10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and construction documents.
✅ Develop innovative design concepts aligned with project requirements.
✅ Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, and other consultants.
✅ Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
✅ Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and project progress.
✅ Review contractor drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
✅ Optimize space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.
✅ Support project approvals, sanction drawings, and municipal submissions.
✅ Manage design modifications, project timelines, and execution milestones.
✅ Present design proposals and project updates to management.

🛠️ Required Skills

✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
✔ Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution.
✔ Experience with sanction drawings and approval procedures.
✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Strong design creativity with practical problem-solving capabilities.

4. Manage project related documents.
5. Preparation of conceptual drawings,Statutory drawings, sales package, working drawings, built drawings with  senior members of the team such as drafts persons, visualizers etc.
