🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Search and identify relevant Government & Private tenders through GeM, CPP, and other e-tender portals.
• Prepare accurate tender documents and ensure timely submission before deadlines.
• Upload and submit bids through GeM and online procurement platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for quotations, certifications, authorizations, and required papers.
• Maintain records of ongoing, upcoming, and completed tenders.
• Ensure compliance with tender eligibility, terms, and conditions.
• Track submitted tenders and follow up on results/status.
• Maintain proper filing systems for audit and company records.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Tender Handling.
• Strong practical knowledge of GeM Portal & Government Procurement Process.
• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF handling).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills preferred.
