Client Coordination: Handle communication with high-end clients via email and phone; ensure a premium experience.
Presentation Creation: Create and present high-quality PowerPoint Presentations for business meetings and client proposals.
Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, maintain files, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Correspondence: Draft professional emails and letters with perfect grammar and etiquette.
Versatile Support: Assist the management with ad-hoc tasks and coordinate between internal departments as a central point of contact.

Education: Post Graduation is mandatory. Candidates must have a Convent Schooling background.
Communication: Exceptional command over English (Written & Spoken) is non-negotiable. Must be articulate and poised.
Personality: Smart, presentable, and well-groomed with a professional corporate attitude.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (advanced level preferred) and MS Excel.
