🏢 About the Role

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to lead our Finance & Reconciliation Department at our Kolkata (Elgin Road) office.

This is a senior-level position requiring hands-on execution capability along with leadership skills. The candidate must independently manage the entire accounts function and supervise a team of 3–4 staff members.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Complete Accounts Management

• Handling end-to-end accounting operations

• Finalization of books of accounts

• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation (Bank, GST, Vendor, Customer, etc.)

• Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports

🔹 Mandatory Hands-On E-Filing (Candidate Must Personally Execute)

The candidate must independently prepare and file:

• GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return & Reconciliation)

• TDS Returns

• Professional Tax Returns

• ESI Returns

• Provident Fund (PF) Returns

⚠️ This role requires direct execution of all statutory e-filings, not just supervision.

🔹 Statutory & Compliance Management

• Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues

• Handling departmental notices and compliance matters

• Maintaining proper statutory documentation

🔹 Audit Handling

• Independently managing and coordinating Statutory Audit

• Liaising with auditors and consultants

• Ensuring strong internal financial controls

🔹 Team Supervision

• Managing and guiding a team of 3–4 accounts personnel

• Monitoring accuracy and timelines

• Ensuring discipline and accountability within the department

🧾 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance

• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance

• Experience in independently handling statutory audits

• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software / Advanced MS Excel

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility
