We are looking to hire a Back Office Coordinator for our Purchase Department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating the procurement of raw materials from suppliers across India.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Search and identify raw material suppliers across India using Google and online platforms

Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

Maintain purchase-related data in Excel sheets

Draft and manage professional emails with suppliers and internal teams

Coordinate factory visits within West Bengal for procurement-related activities

Assist the purchase team with documentation and follow-ups
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)

Fluency in Hindi and Bengali

Strong Google search skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to draft clear and professional emails

Presentable personality with a professional approach

Ability to judge situations and handle work responsibly
