📝 Job Description:

Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering calls, directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

💻 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Tender Work on e-Procurement and GEM Portal
  • Perform Office Admin tasks: Filing, typing emails and letters after dictation
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet with good typing speed
  • Capable of taking dictation in English
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

📅 Job Type: Full-time
🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
💰 Salary: ₹19,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
