JOB SUMMARY:πŸ‘ˆ

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategy to drive growth of packet tea sales. Lead 

team of sales professional, oversee key accounts and collaborate closely with marketing and 

production team to ensure achievement of agreed sales collection and business development 

targets. 

Role requires a deep understanding of Tea market, strong leadership skills and a proven track record 

of achieving sales target.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:✌

growth targets.

 πŸ‘‰Analyze market trends competitors’ preference to identify opportunities for sales expansion.

πŸ‘‰ Lead and motivate a team of sales professional providing guidance and support to achieve 

individual and team goals.

 πŸ‘‰Conduct regular performance evaluate.

 πŸ‘‰Coach team members to enhance their effectives

 πŸ‘‰Cultivate and maintain relationship with keys accounts including retailers, distributors and Super Stockiest. Maximum sales opportunities and profitability.

πŸ‘‰ Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery 

to meet sales demand.

 πŸ‘‰Conduct market research to identify consumer trends preferences and emerging 

opportunities.

 πŸ‘‰Use data analysis to evaluate sales performance, ROI of marketing initiatives/schemes.

 Develop sales forecast budgets tracking performance against targets and adjusting strategies 

as needed.
