Job Description

Responsible for the overall direction and control of all activities within the Project running in different sites. Designs, recommends and implements all the requirements of the customer and complete within a time limit. Maintains control over all project related activities. Explores and recommends changes to site based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods. Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in the setting of overall company policies and guidelines.

Candidate should be experienced in the Building Materials with good knowledge of suppliers of Aluminum, Glass and other interior customization products. Should have idea of Glazing glass setting in the building and facade work.


JOB LOCATION - JAMSHEDPUR

Desired Profile

DME / BE/BTech Civil ,with knowledge of Autocad.


Candidate should be willing to travel extensively to the sites to analyse and supervise.
Experience – Minimum 3 - 5 years in Real estate or Infrastructure Development Sector.

CTC - RS. 3 to 4 Lacs (Depending on last drawn salary and the competence of the Candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION


Monitoring the updating of Purchase Bill, Job offloading Bill, Contractor’s Bill and Transporter’s bill. Monitoring the entry of Debit Note, Credit Note against Purchase and Sale. Preparing Supplementary Bill. Maintaining outstanding Balance and Confirmation from supplier and customers. Candidate should be experienced in the commercial purchase of Building Material with good knowledge of suppliers of Aluminum, Glass and other interior customization products.

CTC - RS. 1.2 Lacs (Not Negotiable)



DESIRED PROFILE

Eligibility –  BSC passed is preferred, Experienced graduates of other streams can also apply.
