JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY



Job Title:  Branch Manager
Department: Retail                                                                                            Area of Operation:  Sales
Location:  All India                                                                                                 Grade : 4 and 3 a
Reporting to:      N.A                                                                                               

Job Summary: 
Branch Manager will responsible for Sales of Equity Broking Accounts (Trading & Demat Accounts 
Online & Offline) and the profitability of the entire team. He/She will be handling a team of 5 to 
Assistant Managers who is into direct acquisition team. The primary focus of a Branch  Manager will be
Sales(Online & Offline). He will responsible to complete his revenue target as per Given KRA. He will
responsible for branch profitability.

Desired  Profile:
  • Handled a team for at least a year & a good Team Player
  • Shall be able to recruit his team members from the same industry
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Should possess good Knowledge about  stock market
  • Candidates from Offline sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Target (Result)Oriented
  • Self motivated
  • MBA Marketing / Finance background will be an added advantage
 Others : NCFM Qualification is desirable.
