Opening for a Front Office Executive in Chennai


Job Description

Management of the front desk
In charge of all front desk operations
Attending incoming and outgoing calls
Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers
In charge of utilities and stationary
Maintaining attendance and movement registers
Maintaining all office files
Attending to all enquiries and clients
Coordinating with vendors and payments.

Desired Profile
Minimum two years experience, in front office or Customer Service.
Good written and oral communication skills
Good computer related skills
Ability to store and record information accurately
 Good social and interpersonal skills.
Male or Female either can apply
