JOB PROFILE: HEAD HUNTING, DATA BASE MANAGEMENT, CO ORDINATION WITH CLIENTS AND ANALYZING THEIR REQUIREMENTS, CREATING THE LINE UP FOR THE INTERVIEWS BY DOING JOB POSTING IN SEVERAL WEBSITES, BULK EMAILING, BULK SHORT MESSAGING, THROUGH REFERENCE OF OTHER CANDIDATES ETC, MAKING FOLLOW UPS TO CONFIRM THE CANDIDATES GO FOR THE INTERVIEW. TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CANDIDATES ON SELECTION JOINS THE COMPANY. TO ACHIEVE THE REVENUE TARGET MONTH AFTER MONTH BY ACQUIRING THE CORPORATE CLIENTS AND PROVIDING THEM END TO END RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS.

ELIGIBILITY: DYNAMIC FEMALE FRESHER GRADUATES OR MBA HR SEEKING A CAREER IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CAN APPLY. CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS PRESENTABLE PERSONALITY, GO-GETTER ATTITUDE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL WITH A NEUTRAL ACCENT. CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE IN COMPUTERS, INTERNET AND EMAIL WITH GOOD TYPING SPEED.


WORKING HOURS : 10 AM TO 6 PM 

JOB LOCATION : Kolkata 

SALARYRS. 5000/- Per Month . 

FABULOUS INCENTIVES AND BONUS WILL BE PROVIDED ON ACHIEVEMENT OF MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY TARGETS.
