ESI & PF EXTRA after 6 months probation period.

WORKING HOURS: 10 A.M TO 6:30 P.M
GENERAL:
• Direct, coordinate and manage activities strictly as per the Construction process, SHED Process & also as per the NBC guidelines & Fire Act.
• Maintain all the assets, safety, Fire fighting equipments and other in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure that all the powers and duties, as delegated shall be exercised and performed diligently, faithfully and to the best of ability through your team members & supervision ensuring that no areas are remain non-complied, be it procedural, statutory, operational, certificates / approvals and/or any other matter as applicable as per the law of the land. In respect of compliances of all the required factors as applicable. For any failure or deficiency you will be solely responsible for any or all such consequences..
• Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with all the required departments, major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the organization is providing the appropriate range and quality of services keeping in mind that this organization is a very much Law-abiding Establishment and never refrain from complying any Statutory Obligations and compliances.
• Any other responsibility which may be entrusted /added from time to time by concerned authority
Co-ordination with engineer and Contractor
• Collection of drawings from P.E
• Collect total program on a daily & weekly basis from P.E.
• Ensure site as a workable position to start any activity.
• Supervision of work as per specification and guideline provided by P.E.
• Maintain daily work report and submit to P.E.
Quality check
• Ensure quality of work.
• For any bad work man ship to immediately report to engineer and ensure that rectification is done..
Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of work on sites
• Trouble shooting of all site related problems.
• Reviews and ensures completion of construction checklist and all the points as covered in construction processes and as per the norms are maintained.
• Ensure timely completion of work.
Follow all instructions as laid down in SOPs, all processes and HR Manual.
Endeavour to keep updated with all FARVISION ERP procedures and follow them in totality. These include programmes and procedures introduces from time to time.
