📊 Job Description – Account Officer

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end accounting activities of the business.
• Perform accurate and timely accounting data entry.
• Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and ensure proper reconciliation of bank transactions.
• Manage accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers and routine financial transactions.
• Work on Tally ERP for regular accounting operations.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of necessary financial records.
• Verify transactions and maintain accuracy in accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for accounting-related matters.
• Ensure that accounting records are updated, organized and error-free.

✨ Ideal Candidate:
A candidate with good knowledge of Tally ERP, accounting principles, BRS and finalization of accounts, along with good attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
