We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement,
vendors, and supply chain operations for our franchise restaurants across
Kolkata 🍴
This role ensures smooth, cost-effective, and consistent
delivery of raw materials, packaging, and equipment to all outlets. 🚚📦
🔑 Key
Responsibilities
🛒 Procurement &
Vendor Management
- Manage
end-to-end procurement cycle for raw materials, equipment &
consumables 🥗🍱
- Identify
& onboard new vendors ensuring quality & cost standards ✅
- Negotiate
contracts & prices 💰🤝
- Monitor
supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries ⏰
📦 Inventory &
Logistics Management
- Forecast
demand and optimize stock to avoid shortages/wastage 📊
- Coordinate
with outlets & warehouse staff for replenishments 🏬
- Oversee
logistics & transportation to ensure on-time delivery 🚛
- Conduct
regular stock audits & maintain accurate records 🗂️
💡 Cost Control
& Reporting
- Track
market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities 📉
- Maintain
records of purchases, invoices & contracts 📝
🎓 Skills &
Qualifications
- Graduate
degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management) 🎯
- 7+
years of experience in Purchase / Supply Chain (F&B or
Hospitality preferred) 🍽️
- Strong
knowledge of supply chain process, inventory & logistics 📊
- Excellent
negotiation & vendor management skills 🤝
- Proficient
in MS Office (Excel) & ERP systems 💻
- Analytical
mindset & problem-solving ability 🧠
- Knowledge
of Kolkata vendor market is a plus 🙌
