Issuing money receipt after payment collection at site instantly.

Home loan assistance and payment collection on time from customers. Follow up with customer everyday for timely payment on each stage of CLP process.

Look after the disbursement from bank, TPA completion for each buyer; ensure demand collection reach to builder on time. Follow up with banks for the same.

Ensure hassle free service in home loan process.

Coordination with customer for any kind of grievance/alteration/modification request.

Maintain report on different banking activity and collection data.

Maintaining office stationary inventory and attendance reporting.

Handling walk in customers on after sales process at site.

Desired Profile

• Candidate should be adept in MS Office, Internet, Emailing.
• Graduate or an MBA from any stream can apply.
