Job Profile:
- To lead, motivate and develop the sales team of the Branch.
- Responsible for the Top line and Bottom line revenue targets of the Branch .
- Creating, Developing and managing the network – Distributors, Dealers, Industrial Customers, Govt Business, Service Centers etc
- Responsible for framing and executing business strategy with specific to markets in Domestic & Agriculture business segment.
- Will have to travel extensively across the branch territories.
Desired Profile
- Graduates from any stream can apply.
- Incumbent should be young , dynamic, smart, aggressive, result oriented.
- Should be able to fulfill the targets of promotion & sales.
- Applicants having prior experience in team management and vendor management from manufacturing companies of Pumps and Motors are preferred.
- Age In between 28 to 40.
