We are looking for a highly analytical and ambitious Equity Research Analyst to join our growing Wealth Management and Investment Advisory team. What You'll Do

🔍 Fundamental Research & Analysis

Conduct detailed research on listed Indian and international companies.
Analyze business models, competitive advantages, industry structures, and growth opportunities.
Evaluate companies using frameworks such as Porter's Five Forces and Economic Moat analysis.
Track key developments across sectors including Banking, Financial Services, Pharma, Consumer, IT, and Technology.

📊 Financial Modelling & Valuation

Build and maintain detailed financial models.
Prepare DCF and other valuation models.
Forecast revenue, earnings, balance sheet items, and cash flows.
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

📝 Investment Research & Reporting

Prepare initiation reports, quarterly earnings updates, and event-based research notes.
Analyze IPO opportunities and emerging investment themes.
Generate investment ideas backed by rigorous research and logical reasoning.
Present recommendations to senior management and clients.

📈 Data Analytics & Presentations

Create professional PowerPoint presentations for investment pitches.
Develop insightful charts, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Utilize research platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Capitaline, and other financial databases.
Support management with data-driven investment insights.

Who We're Looking For

Educational Qualifications

✔ B.Com / M.Com
✔ MBA (Finance)
✔ CA / CFA candidates preferred

Experience

✔ 4–6 years of relevant experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, PMS, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.

Technical Skills

✔ Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting Principles
✔ Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling Skills
✔ Valuation Techniques (DCF, Relative Valuation, Ratio Analysis)
✔ Research Database Knowledge (Bloomberg, Reuters, Capitaline, etc.)
✔ Excellent PowerPoint Presentation Skills
