* ☎️ Following up with leads to convert enquiries into confirmed orders

* 💼 Preparing & sending quotations in standard formats

* 🗂️ Maintaining call logs, lead status, follow-up schedules & customer information

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

* 💬 Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali preferred)

* 🖥️ Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel
