• 🤝 Communicating with company owners and purchase managers

• 📦 Converting leads into orders through professional follow-up

• 📧 Preparing and sending quotations in the company’s standard format

• 🗂️ Maintaining call records, order details, and customer information

• 📊 Coordinating with the internal team for updates, dispatch status, and client communication

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 💬 Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Bengali preferred)

• 🖥️ Strong computer knowledge especially MS Excel

• 📑 Ability to follow structured formats and maintain accurate documentation

• 🤗 Pleasant personality and confidence while speaking to business owners and purchase heads
