🚀 Position: Relationship Manager (Sales)
We are looking for a smart, motivated, and experienced sales professional who can manage existing clients and bring in new ones for our customized packaging solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities:-
🤝 Visit existing clients to maintain strong relationships
🌐 Identify and acquire new clients to grow the business
📦 Understand client packaging needs and suggest suitable solutions
🛠 Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth order execution
🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
📊 Prepare sales presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
✈️ Travel outside Kolkata when required for business development
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in a reputed packaging or FMCG-related manufacturing company
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) 🗣
Professional, confident, and smart in appearance 👔
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 💻
Willing to travel for business visits 🧳
Candidates owning a two-wheeler will be preferred 🏍
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 per month
