The Opportunity 🌟

We are seeking a driven and imaginative professional to lead the end-to-end operations and sales of our branded CTC tea range across top e-commerce platforms.
Beyond technical expertise in online FMCG sales, marketplace management, and digital brand building, we’re looking for someone who can take true ownership of the brand — someone who brings a sense of purpose to their work and understands the nuances of building something meaningful from the ground up.

Where You’ll Lead [Key Responsibilities] 🎯

1. e-Commerce Sales Strategy & Funnel Management

• Own and execute the complete e-commerce sales funnel — from listing optimization and visibility to conversion and post-purchase experience.
• Manage the brand’s presence across all key platforms [Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, BigBasket, Zepto, BBdaily, and others] with a sharp focus on sales performance, returns, consumer feedback, and repeat purchase behavior.
• Work closely with marketplace account managers to plan and implement pricing strategies, deals, and platform promotions aimed at driving velocity and ranking.
• Monitor daily sales metrics and take timely actions to drive conversions and reduce friction across the funnel.

2. Demand Forecasting, Inventory & Fulfilment Coordination

• Collaborate with manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure consistent product availability and timely replenishment.
• Forecast demand accurately based on sales trends, seasonality, and campaign calendars to prevent stock-outs and inefficiencies.
• Ensure operational smoothness in coordination with last-mile partners and platform SLAs.

3. Pricing, Margins & Offer Management

• Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer preferences to define effective pricing strategies.
• Design smart bundling, and festive offers in line with both brand perception and profitability goals.
• Maintain a clear view of SKU-level contribution margins, working closely with finance to balance growth and sustainability.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

• Use platform dashboards, analytics tools, and internal trackers to generate actionable insights across SKUs, platforms, and performance metrics.
• Present weekly reports and recommendations to senior leadership, along with data-informed ideas for experimentation and growth.
• Build MIS dashboards to track key KPIs including ROAS, sell-through rates, cart abandonment, and repeat purchase.

5. Brand Alignment & Digital Presence

• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure product listings, A+ content, and platform creatives reflect the brand’s storytelling approach — rooted in tradition, authenticity, and refined everyday luxury.
• Align digital communication with the brand’s voice, avoiding generic or over-commercial expressions in favour of more meaningful narratives.
• Support thoughtful influencer collaborations, organic brand-building efforts, and content strategies that connect commerce with culture.


What You Bring (Preferred Qualifications & Experience) 📌

• 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or D2C sectors
• Prior hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces is essential
• Strong understanding of the CTC tea category and consumer preferences will be a significant advantage
• Proficient in data analysis, online merchandising, and inventory coordination
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage vendors, internal teams, and external partners effectively
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance operational needs and brand nuance
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
