Job Role
☑️Project planning and coordination of the warehouse/park, Budgeting/Costing,
☑️*Operations Strategy*– Devising the way work should happen to meet desired timelines and also monitoring day to day progress for the different projects inside the park.
☑️ Leasing – Negotiating terms with brokers and top clients, both Indian and MNCs,
☑️Liasioning with Govt. authorities for redressal of issues
☑️Management Reporting – Reporting to the Chairman and MD of the company.
