👉 Qualification -  LLB

💰 In hand salary - RS 70000 PM.

👉 Industry type - Building Construction 🏗️. 

👉 Working hours 10:00 a.m. to 7 PM.

Job Profile

☑️ Attending to all legal matters of the company - civil, criminal, money suit, NCLT, Writ etc

☑️ Drafting agreements, deeds of conveyance, lease, tenancy surrender, thika tenancy etc

☑️ Coordinating and briefing senior advocates and solicited firms.

☑️ Liaison with KMC authorities.

☑️ Negotiating with tenant and meeting local political party people.

☑️ Visiting and liaison with police authorities as and when required.

☑️ Land searching visiting different BL & LRO and Registration office.
