ELIGIBILITY  MBA or Post Graduate.

Working Hours: 10:00 a.m to 7 p.m

Job Summary: 

To contribute to our company's sales objectives, we are 

seeking an experienced General Manager - Sales.

Among your responsibilities are supervising and 

building a professional sales team. 

and developing long-term relationships with clients.

In your role as a General Manager - Sales, 

you should provide innovative ideas for business growth 

using your creativity and knowledge of sales processes. 

This position requires excellent communication and 

team management skills.

At the end of the day, cultivating a relationship with a large, 

distributed customer should be your ultimate objective.

 Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Build a professional sales force and set up Channel Sales systems

 to achieve value and volume targets,

new product introductions as well as  increase market share.

Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with key 

personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and 

suggest improvements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Perform research and identify new potential customers 

and new market opportunities.

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments 

to ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure

 sales team members are on board.

Successfully organize and execute events such Distributor Meets, 

Customer Engagement Programmes and Trade Exhibitions.

Identifying branding, advertising and promotional opportunities 

to ensure brand development.

Must be well versed with all major branding tools like Social Media, EMail,

Whatsapp etc.

Look after the merchandising activities and ensure proper 

utilization of POS & POP materials.

Experience Required:

Proven work experience as a Channel Sales Manager in a Senior Management role.

Experience managing a high performance sales team.

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Availability to travel within and outside as needed.
