Job Profile
Coordinate the preparation of Project Planning, Budgeting & Cash Flows.
Supervise Project’s Cost, Time and Quality adherence.
Ensure the day to day Project activities as per Construction Schedule.
Coordination with the vendors, contractors, consultants and project team.
Work as a leader and responsible for project activities with complete Project Monitoring / Supervision.
Coordination for Project Clearances & Sanctions.
Liaison with Local Authorities.
Supervise reconciliation statements and site record keeping.
