DESIGNATION : Assistant facility manager (Technical operations)
SALARY - RS. 28000/- per month to Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Work Location – Rajarhat.
Position - One
Managing the maintenance of all the equipment and machines in the Residential Facility. Together with the building manager, you will monitor the invoices for technical services rendered. Aside from these, you’ll keep an eye out on the maintenance practices of our contractors to ensure that their scope of work is aligned with manufacturer recommendations and our own preventive maintenance standards.
Shall also oversee the repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, power backup, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies. Moreover, you’ll oversee performing routine inspection, inventory, and documentation of these systems.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation is a responsibility that requires impeccable leadership skills. Shall demonstrate this by overseeing our electricians and their scope of work. Shall also work closely with pretty much everyone across the board--from superiors to peers and subordinates.
Aside, technical knowledge you should have knowledge of general administration & Facility Services e.g., Housekeeping & Security management.

Technical competence like no other
Having said so, the ideal candidate must be a degree/diploma holder with at least three years’ experience in the field. Likewise, you must possess a strong working knowledge of policies, floor maintenance and people management. Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general floor management may also give you an edge in getting the job.
Have a work experience in electrical equipment maintenance such as HT transformer of capacity 1600 KVA, 1250 KVA D.G sets, Kitchen related equipment’s, 250KVA, 400KVA, 600KVA UPS, Elevators, Pumps, Circuit Breakers, STP (100KLD) and Other equipment’s.
Maintaining of room temperature and air quality in Labs, Data centers, Server rooms, Workstations & also in Electrical equipment rooms.
Worked in HVAC related equipment’s such as Chillers (Air/Water cooled chillers), Cooling tower, AHU, and PAC, VRF, CSU, Split AC units.
Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components need to be replaced due to potential risks.
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s, recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;
In hand experience in the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
Maintained the Fire Fighting Systems such as Jockey, booster, Sprinkler, hydrant, diesel engine and LSS related components.
Ability to do critical spares list for all installations in site based on requirement.
Good at maintaining documentation like checklist, logbooks & PPM schedules for all job-based activities.
Have a safety concern while using equipment’s & work locations.
