Job Profile :
- All
core accounting functions such as making / supervision of preparation of
vouchers, checking / approving the accounting heads, cost heads, day to
day entry of vouchers in the Accounting software & Manual Registers,
preparation of periodic cash flow and financial statement, ensuring periodic
account closures etc.
- Ensuring
all statutory compliances including timely and correct deduction and e-payment
of TDS, STDS, STAX, VAT, PTAX, EPF, ESI, ITAX etc and availing credit of
VAT, Service tax etc and ensuring filing of timely periodic returns and
maintaining records as per the Acts and provisions.
- Supervise
& Manage all Banking operations & relationships including reporting
etc.
- Appearing
before the different Tax authorities and completing assessments &
appeals.
- Preparing
and maintaining salary & leave records / statements every month.
- Managing
& supervision of accounting software, its safety, integrity &
backup.
- Coordination
with Audit team, both internal & external, compliances of audit notes
& reports.
- Finalization
of Accounting Reports, Periodic & Final Accounts, Cost Reports &
Accounts.
- Assisting
in design and development of process manuals for various accounting
functions, practices and procedures.
- Assisting
in Preparation of MIS formats & structure. Preparation &
submission of periodic MIS reports to Management, Stakeholders, Banks, FIs
etc.
- Managing
Sundry Debtors with timely collections in coordination with Marketing Department.
- Managing
Sundry Creditors including bills approvals, validations and timely
payments in coordination with Projects & Engineering Dept.
