Job description DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY: Monthly / weekly/ daily production planning and emergency production planning.  PRODUCTION VS  ORDER RECEIPT VS DISPATCH monthly  and shortfall analysis with reasons Dispatch short fall analysis and reason and reporting to HOD , BI WEEKLY Productivity analysis – action to be taken for increase the productivity Material planning RM, PM- Quarterly/monthly considering previous data available and ensuring the material available for production Material, RM, PM,  short fall analysis and informing to Purchase department from time to time preferable- bi weekly LABOUR ENGAGEMENT VS PRODUCTION and  deployment analysis  monthly- to analysis productivity; action taken for improvement Wastage analysis- monthly and action to be taken for minimization Utility optimum utilization-  monthly report and analysis- action for improvement  Ensuring Manufacturing Product as per the specification Dispatch as per schedule/ demand SFG manufacturing plan as per requirement- to ensure no loss to production Up keep of plant and building Security of the plant and premises Generating monthly reports as per the requirement and submitting to HOD Liaising with visitors.
