JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for screening land documents as made available by Vendors / Intermediaries and raising requisition on title.
Responsible for getting all legal searches made / completed by external agencies for land procurement.
Responsible for getting Land Transfer and other related Deeds / Documents / Agreements etc drafted by the Advocates and Solicitors and screening the same.
Carry out the procedure and formalities regarding registration of properties and follow up with the registration authorities for valuation, fee payments, registration, and Deed collection etc.
Responsible for Tax Assessment, Mutation & Conversion formalities.
Responsible for application / registration / approvals etc under various laws before various government offices as may be required for commencing construction activities.
Replying to the queries / comments of banks with regard to the title of the property for approval by different banks and for disbursal of loans.
