Responsibility of forecasting & planning
The ordering of food and beverages (soft drinks) for the club.
ManaTge the whole process of purchasing food and drink.
Manage the F&B workforce.
Manage Billings and experience of efficient reporting & MIS.
Manage Waste Control/pilferage/surpluses
Maintain all electro-mechanical equipment of F&B
Suggest new cuisines / dishes with Knowledge of all types of food cuisines
Must have experience of managing Banquet services.
