Job Profile:

Smooth day to day functioning of the Centers

Negotiate Rent agreement and maintain relationship with landlord

Interview and recruit support staff and Manage volunteers

Marketing of centres to increase number of patients.

Documentation for licensing vetted by Program manager

Customize community involvement campaign & schedule for each centre(awareness campaigns etc) along with CSW and monitor medical camp and health education programs performance.

Review quality standards & clinic protocols

Staff Grievance Redressed

Surprise stock check and cash Do Assessment for location of new centres - gather local intelligence

Prepare and send Medicine requisition to HO (Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will manage the procurement from vendors and cost control)

Track expiry of medicines and their return to HO with Medicine Dispenser

Collect feedback from patients on quality of services at center

Conducts Soft skills training

 Facilitate ERP system training for centre doctors and staff

Organise Monthly meeting of doctors and staff at center and review performance of centre.

Centre infrastructure set up-procure furniture & fixtures locally

Follow up on license applications-Drug, Clinic, Trade, Fire NOC, Pollution Control.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Background: Pharma preferred

Skills: Managerial, Analytical, Responsible, decision taker.
