Building Promoter.

Tasks:

Candidates duties, responsibilities, or assignments that are required to be performed .

Forming part of KRA.

Godown and inventory management.

Receiving goods in-ward arriving at site.

Checking documents, quantities and quality.

Supervising unloading and stacking

Arranging ultimate quality verification and approval from concerned department.

Record Keeping (both manual & digital) and documentations relating to inventory management.

Issuances of material to project against due documentation and need verification.

Reporting to peers and seniors about various stock status.

Keeping track of unused / short used issued material at site and organising recovery of the same for adding back to inventory.

Organising return of rejected / non-ordered goods to vendors.

Supervising material wastage on site and co-ordinating with Project team for proper accounting of the same.

Supervising site scrap purging

Ensuring proper safety, security, cleanliness and arrangement of Inventories of the Godowns.

Ensuring consistent up-time and functioning of ERP software module.

Reporting / Suggesting deviations, corrective actions and improvements.
