Promoting and marketing the business
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Planning
Warm and cold calling with prospective clients
Meeting profit or sales targets.
Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Mainly would be promoting Sundarban, where we are having our own resort property.
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Desired Profile :
Candidate should possess good communication skills.
Candidate should be adept in MS Office, Internet, Emailing.
