Exposure: Experience in Food industries with same JD (preferable food and vegetables/ sauce manufacturing). 

Should have knowledge on lab analysis parameters of product JD quality assurance executive:

Job description.

Monthly / weekly/ daily   on line quality data monitoring/ assessing and action for development . maintaining the said Record  . 

CCP  parameter  assessing  / monitoring.

Monitoring  FG pre dispatch quality  and maintaining the  record for traceability.

Arranging the training program for workers from time to time and guiding them.

Ensuring Manufacturing Product as per the specification

Assessing the customer requirements  as per the  market feed back

Specifying and Up keep of Hygienic condition of  plant and machinery ,  building

Generating monthly reports as per the requirement and submitting to HOD

Liaising with quality auditors.

QA and QC are in place including paste control.
