Principal responsibilities:

To update the various masters in the ERP system on high priority.

To release the purchase order of packing material &raw material from the ERP system.

to update the purchase register.

Perform any other job assigned by management from time to time.

Purchase MIS.

REPORTING TO: GM PROCUREMENT

IMMIDIATE SUBORDINATES: NIL

Key result areas

ERP master updating

Timely raise PO to the parties &follow up with them for material.

To ensure that the parties of packing material send there account extract on time for reconciliation

To make MIS before 5th of every month.

To make status repot Weekly on pending PO&PR pertaining to to packing material.

Making   Capex  register/File.

Schedule: 11 A.M TO 4 P.M from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
