Reporting: Managing Director.

Working Hours - 10 A.M TO 6:30 P.M

Experience - Minimum 3 years in Hospital or Health Care Industry as HR.

Job Description

He  shall be responsible for monitoring employee daily attendance for the locations allocated to him
He shall be responsible for monitoring and implementation of leave policy/TA& DA/ TDS investment. 
He shall be responsible for providing attendance and leave inputs for payroll processing on Monthly basis.
He shall be responsible for sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary interview to check candidate suitability.
He shall ensure candidate has submitted all relevant post joining documents and the same is filed in employees personnel file
He shall ensure all new joinees ,existing and left employees fill up necessary statutory forms and the same is forwarded to the account department.
He shall be responsible to assist employees in regards to concerns related to ESI and PF.
He shall be responsible for arranging  the  offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, warning letters, transfer orders
He shall be responsible for bank account opening of new employee 
He shall be responsible  for e-mail id creation of new employees

He shall be responsible for handling and resolving employees grievances with coordination with Centre-Incharge, Field Officer, Operation Manager and CEO.
