Designation:     Back Office Coordinator 

Working Hours:   10:00 AM TO 7:00 P.M.

Salary : Rs. 11,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- p.m plus one month Bonus

Job Location  - Chowringhee near Maidan Metro

Eligibility - Graduate/ Post Graduate with Knowledge of Tally 9 and ERP, Advanced Excel.

Experience       : Exp minimum one year.

Job Description :

Must be good looking & presentable.

Scheduling Pick-Up and Delivery and assigning with Pick-Up & Delivery Boys.

Ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are conducted in timely manner.

Preparing Job Cards for Cartridges that are picked up.

Invoicing in Tally as per price list/quotation/rate contract.

Material Purchase Entry in Tally, Journal Vouchers, Payments, Receipts, Salary Booking.

VAT calculation and booking, Payment and Return filing.

Daily Customer Follow-Up (For Recharging) from Customer Profiling Report.

Registering Customer Complaints and assigning to technical team and closing once resolved.

Daily Outstanding Follow-Up

Daily MIS Reports (Daily Sales Report/Enquiry Register/Complain Register/Stock Register etc)

Interaction with Walk-in Customers effectively, politely and professionally to ensure good relationship.

Helping Management in conducting Weekly/Monthly Audits. 

Desired Profile :

Fluency in English is preferred.
Good computer related skills with Knowledge of Tally 9 ERP and Advanced Excel.
Customer handling skills.
Ability to store and record information accurately.
Good social and interpersonal skills.
