Identify new market opportunities.
Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals.
Overall in-charge of marketing function in the region. 
Attend seminars in colleges and classes. 
Will have overall responsibility of profitability, revenue generation, collect database,generate walk-ins. 
Preparation of monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plan. 
Ensure that Branch targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization. 
Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
Should report to the seniors on daily basis. 


Desired Profile :

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Bengali).
Should be able to work independently as a part of team.
Promotion of courses.
Should be helpful for our organisation in marketing our products & services.
Critical thinking skills is utmost necessary.

Experience in Sales & customer service.
Computer savvy specially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
