Experience : Minimum 5 Years in Counter Sales, Stores Management.

Salary Range: RS. 12000/- to Rs. 15000/- p.m

Job Profile:

1. Overall responsibility for performance of Store Staff based on parameters of Sales & Operations which should lead to Revenue growth, Subscriber acquisitions(gross and net) in Voice and Data products 
2.  Ensure good quality acquisition GADs 
3.  Ensure product mix for improved profitability 
4.  Set targets for each store staff with a proper mix of inbound and outbound sales
5.  Control OPEX in line with planned optimization of resources
6.  Implement and innovate initiatives for Catchment area activities, Footfall generation, In- store conversion, cross-selling and Lead management 
7.  Retain and upgrade Quality customers 
8.  Be hands-on in all activities in store to ensure implementation of all processes, systems and policies 
9. Ensure FSA adherence to PJP, company policies and daily activity planner 
10.  Ensure attractive merchandising, ambience and product display in store 
11.  Manage Inventory through timely reordering of SIMs, GSKs, Recharge and Devices and ensure Inventory ageing remains within 90 days 
12.  Review store sales, operations and CS performance and take appropriate corrective actions for smooth and profitable running of store 
13. Ensure store staff availability and enhance capability through Training and internal competition leading to higher throughput and productivity 
14.  Ensure store is complied with all license and Regulatory requirements
