Job Description
Part 1-Assist Administration
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to
day operations.
Conduct account department.
Support staffs in handle documenting.
Data management.
Stationary maintaining.
Assist seniors in preparing, scheduling and organizing
meetings, events and appointments.
Other back office follow ups.
Part 2-Assist Managing Partner
Replying his email.
Preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings. (Whenever
required).
Answering his important calls, making important call
behalf of him.
Keep records, marinating secrecy of internal &
important information.
Desired Profile
- Good communication skills
- Presentable personality.
- Eligibilty - Graduation.
- Experience - One year preferred.
