HR Generalist

Should be experienced in recruitment, interview & selection of candidates

Shall be responsible for drafting of offer letters for the employees with alldetails and agreements & Business Letters. 

Shall be responsible for the preparation of salary.

Shall be responsible to handle resignation and termination.

Shall be responsible to conduct the Induction training.

Shall be delegated assignments by the Management from time to time.Recruitment, Induction, Training ETC.
