Eligibility - Graduate or an MBA with Five to Seven years experience in Real Estate Marketing.

CTC - RS.5 Lacs to RS. 6 Lacs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing of real estate units purely as an investment tool. Explore business potential, opportunities & client to secure profitable business volumes Such units may be in major cities of the country, primary focus on Kolkata based projects.  Such units may be in major cities of the country, primary focus on Kolkata based projects.  Units may be as diverse as 2 BHKs to Premium villas. Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service Responsible for handling queries related to site. Strong networking with customers for Sales and further reference for sale Achieving the sales target in the assigned area by following your written plan of action. Key Competencies  Only MBA Graduates can apply. Good communication skills , Aggressive selling skills and convincing Skills Strong inter-personal and communication skills Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery Ability to work in a team, at the same time lead the team Presentable with excellent negotiation skills Must be able to do self-sourcing.
