Our Client is Engaged in the construction of Buildings (Multi Storey) in Rajarhat Location - Kolkata. They are reputed builders.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Experience in civil construction work including, foundation, structure & finishing.
- Experience of commercial multi–storey buildings.
- Co-ordination with Architect, Contractors & Other Services Vendors.
- Ideally (but not compulsory) someone who lives within 1 Hour of Rajarhat and has a means of transport.
- Must be Computer literate to use Office(Word, Excel), Project & Autocad.
- Overall project execution & coordination with management, Quantity Estimation, Reconciliation of materials, monitoring of daily progress report, Reviewing contractor and sub-contractor bills & Document control along with site safety monitoring & reporting to management will be some of your functions.
Desired Criteria :-
- Experience minimum 10 Years
- Qualification - DIPLOMA CIVIL
