Job Profile:

All payment bill records has to be maintained in excel, with supporting documents.
Maintains and balances main accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Payment of electricity bill, credit card bill, car emi on monthly basis.
Send mail in weekly basis regarding cash book report and payment report.
Implementation new policy for the betterment of firm
Coordinate with ca for the taxation, income tax, & others work arises time to time.
Professional tax registration & maintenance monthly basis.
Preparation of final Salary sheet, Esi & pf maintenance monthly basis.
Checking and maintaining of client’s accounts.
Streamlining the accounts department.
Planning and implementation of different types of policies for the betterment of firm.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Analyze financial information and summaries financial status.
