High Income Group- Real Estate

        I.          Client Acquisition Manager (CAM): Nos- 4, Criteria- MBA/Graduate candidates with 2-5 yrs experience in sales/Business Development in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns. Sal: 30000 (Fixed) + 10000 (Variable)/ month.

Home Loan- Real Estate

                           i.          Home Loan Executive (HLE): Nos- 2, Criteria- M/F, and H.S/Graduate/Experience. Sal: 12000 + 3000 TA (Fixed) +500 (Sim card)/ month.

                          ii.          Business Development Executive (BDE-Home Loan): Nos- 2, Criteria- M/F, Graduate with minimum 2 years of Banking experience. Salary: 15000 + 1500 TA(Actual)+500 (Sim card)/month.

Network- Real Estate:

                           I.          Network Appointment Executive (ME-Network): Nos- 2, Criteria-Graduate/MBA (Male/Female), Sal: 12000-15000/month with 2 years’ experience in Sales/ Business Development.

                         II.          Network Appointment Trainee (ME-Network): Nos- 2, Criteria-Graduate/MBA (Male/Female), Sal: 12000-15000/month with 2 years’ experience in Sales/ Business Development.

Resale - Real Estate:

                            I.          Marketing Executive (ME-Resale): Nos- 15, Criteria- MBA/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced candidates with 1-3 yrs experience in sales in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns.

Salary for Experienced: 18000+1500(TA on Actual), Fresher (ME Trainee): -12000+1000(TA on Actual)/month.

                          II.          Business Development Manager (BDM-Resale): Nos- 2, Criteria- Graduate/MBA (Male/Female).Experienced with 2-5 years in sales in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns. Salary: 25000/month.

                         III.          Business Development Executive (BDE-Resale): Nos- 4, Criteria- MBA Freshers (Male/Female). Salary: 15000/month.

                        IV.          Project- In- Charge (Resale-Commercial): Nos- 1, Criteria- MBA/Graduate with Brand lease-out experience of 2-5 years. Salary: 25000-30000(Fixed) + 10000(Variable)/month.

Middle Income Group- Real Estate:

                           I.          Marketing Manager: Nos-1, Criteria- MBA/Graduate with 5-7 yrs experience in sales in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns. Salary: 35000+3000 TA (Actual) /month.

                         II.          Assistant Sales Manager: Nos-2, Criteria- MBA/Graduate with 3-5 yrs experience in sales in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns. Team handling profile.

Salary: 25000+2000 TA (Actual)/month.

                           I.          Assistant Sales Manager-Trainee: Nos-2, Criteria- MBA/Graduate with 3-5 yrs experience in sales in Real estate/Banking/Insurance/Financial Instns.No team will be provided for the initial 3 months. Salary- 20000+1500TA(Actual)/month.
