- Explore business potential, opportunities & client to secure profitable business volumes
- Direct sales of residential properties by demonstration of the features and benefits of available property
- Responsible for corporate presentation, new lead generation, managing the prospects, pre & post sales follow- up with the Clients, Business development and Achieving sales target on regular basis
- Teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
- Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service
- Responsible for handling queries related to site.
- Strong networking with customers for Sales and further reference for sale
- Achieving the forecasted sales target in the assigned area by following your written plan of action
- Monitor each sales person’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s sales objective
- Work to improve your sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge
- Understand financial data of your department to determine and review data that affects the profit centers.
