Plan, organize, direct, control, motivate and Lead the Sales staff to meet their and the Organizations objectives in terms of Revenue Generation.

Explore business potential, opportunities & client to secure profitable business volumes Direct sales of residential properties by demonstration of the features and benefits of available property Teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service Responsible for handling queries related to site.
