JOB PROFILE

• Book Keeping in Tally 9 ERP
• Invoicing – Modvat & Non Modvat thru Tally 9 ERP
• Co-ordinate with Branch office & update their accounts at HO
• All accounting reports thru Tally ERP
• Handle Sales Tax – CST & VAT, Excise, Professional Tax, TDS, Service Tax activities completely
• Handle Import purchases & co-ordinate documentation with agencies
• Handle Insurance – Marine, Transit & others
• Handle petty cash
• Handle other accounts related jobs with vendors, customers, principals & dealers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Female
• Commerce Graduate
• Computer accountant
• Excellent Written & spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• 1-3 years working experience in accounting with Tally 9, Tally 9 ERP
• Working Experience in Sales Tax - CST & VAT, Excise, Professional Tax, TDS, Service Tax
• Knowledge/ Experience in import procedures will be added advantage
• Good Negotiation skills will be added advantage
